"Aries" project entails the creation of organically shaped clusters of seatings and tables in Pedion tou Areos, one of the most vivid public spaces in central Athens, combining timber and corten steel. The clusters are located in a shaded spot of the park, offering a rest area and an opportunity to socialise for the passers by.
A project exclusively donated to the public and realized by the Onassis Foundation.

"In mathematics, a Voronoi diagram is a partition of a plane into regions close to each of a given set of objects."
Every park's user or group of users is translated into a point in space.
Every point has a radius of influence within space.
When two or more radii are in close proximity , the line segments created function as contact points between them.
The resulting units contain multiple contact points, thus favoring socialisation.
